About the Author:
Dr. Becker is a popular lecturer nationally and internationally in the area of aquatics, having given more than 20 lectures across the globe since 2010. In 1996, Dr. Becker was chosen for listing in Best Doctors in America, Midwest Edition by Woodward and White, and has been honored by his peers every year from 1998 to the present through his selection to the Best Doctors in America: Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation listings. An Adjunct Research Professor at WSU, Dr. Becker directs the nation’s leading research facility into the health benefits of aquatic activity, and scientific approaches to healing and recovery from injury and illness. Dr. Becker is also a Clinical Professor at the University of Washington, in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.
